Preparing Your Order
After your purchase is confirmed, our fulfillment team begins preparing your order for shipment.
Before your package leaves our facility, we complete several important steps, including:
- Confirming successful payment.
- Inspecting each product to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Carefully packaging your items to help prevent shipping damage.
Most orders leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days. Purchases placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Information
Once your order has been prepared, it is handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners. In most cases, deliveries are completed through USPS (United States Postal Service), although another carrier may be used when appropriate.

Once the carrier accepts your package, tracking details are generally activated within 24 to 48 hours. You can use your tracking number at any time through our Track Order page or on the carrier’s website.

ZEVAXI cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information entered by the customer. Incorrect addresses may result in delays, returned shipments, or unsuccessful deliveries.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders promptly, changes cannot always be accommodated after an order has been submitted.
If you notice an error or need to cancel your purchase, contact our customer support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you; however, once fulfillment or shipment has begun, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your shipment experiences an unusual delay, is marked as lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the latest tracking update or delivery date.
After receiving your request, we will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. When appropriate and after verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund in accordance with our policies.
