Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

Return Shipping for Damaged or Defective Items: Free. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
Return Shipping for Customer Preference Returns: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Requesting a Return

After reviewing your request, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions along with the return shipping address if your return qualifies.

Please note: Packages returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted or processed.

Should your order arrive with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, ZEVAXI will cover the cost of the return shipment. Once your claim has been approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

If You Changed Your Mind

If the return is requested because you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong product, or selected an incorrect size or style, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Any original shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
